Job Description

Frank Bee Enterprises Inc. is seeking a full-time Database Developer/Administrator, who will be responsible for development and administration of multiple MS SQL Server databases. The ideal candidate has a background in both database development and administration, and must be willing to be flexible with priorities as they change rapidly in our dynamic fast-paced environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Database Development
    • Develop complex stored procedures, functions, triggers, views and queries in support of application development

As part of the Team, you will be responsible for executing the full life cycle of customer returns from receipt to resolution. Product Category Manager - Uniforms, Academic Regalia, Hunting, Tactical, Military, and Outdoors

Job Description

The Product Category Manager will play a critical role in driving the next phase of growth and maturity for all Frank Bee Enterprises Inc stores by driving new category launches and product assortment planning and execution. This will include determining the store’s category roadmap and defining site features needed to support new categories. The Product Category Manager will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive category management plan, incorporating consumer and shopper insights for all Frank Bee Enterprises Inc categories including but not limited to Uniforms, Academic Regalia, Uniforms, Academic Regalia, Tactical, Military, Hunting and Outdoor.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leads process to define key categories and identify category growth drivers for business planning cycle for various product segments, including but not limited to Uniforms, Academic Regalia, Tactical, Military, Hunting and Outdoor
  • Assists Content Management Team in classification and categorization of new products
  • Utilizes customer data, external analysis and input from key stakeholders to determine new category roadmap and make product mix/assortment decisions
  • Creates a clear process and timeline for launching new categories and expanding the product assortment, with a focus on driving revenue and creating a great user experience
  • Accountable for product lifecycle management for all channels
  • Responsible for the training and development of team members
  • Actively participates in category assortment planning, demand planning, and merchandising planning
  • Responsible for executing private label product development and selecting branded merchandise to support financial goals
  • Participates in development and execution of financial assortment, and pricing strategies for all channels
  • Proactively scans internal and external business environment for new category management ideas and methods
  • Uses existing tools and reports to diagnose new category opportunities
  • Leads development of category management objectives, strategies, and plans to help maximize category performance
  • Joins sales team in penetrating key customer decision-makers to present category development plans
  • Exhibits strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Understands key retail customers, the marketplace, competitors, and categories
  • Responsible for preparing and conducting semi-annual category line reviews for the Retail channel assortment

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements

  • 2-5 years of Product Category Management or related experience preferably in e-commerce or comparable field
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge and familiarity of Technical Products including but not limited to Uniforms, Academic Regalia, Tactical, Military, Hunting and Outdoor
  • Solid understanding of user interface standards, limitations, and technologies
  • Strong familiarity with e-commerce performance metrics
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be willing to adapt to change and a fast paced work environment
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal working relationships with internal customers internal/external suppliers and fellow team members at all levels
  • Solid understanding of Internet business model
